FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of thermoelectric power conversion. Essence of the invention: semiconductor element (1) has thermoelectric material (2) and the first framing part (3), which are interconnected with force closure. The first framing part (3) forms diffusion barrier for thermoelectric material (2) and electric current conductor. The semiconductor element (1) has the second framing part (4), which is placed at element surface (29) of thermoelectric material (2) opposed to element surface (29), whereat the first framing part (3) is placed. Thermoelectric material (2), the first framing part (3) and the second framing part (4) are of circular shape. The first framing part (3) is placed at inner edge surface (5), while the second framing part (4) is placed at outer edge surface (6) of thermoelectric material (2). Thermoelectric module (17) has at least two semiconductor elements (1).

EFFECT: simplified design and assembly of the thermoelectric module.
