SUBSTANCE: method of control of Listeria monocytogenes generation, as well as use of disinfectants are suggested. Method includes addition of Willaertia magna strain, deposited at No. PTA 7824 in ATCC, or Willaertia magna strain deposited at No. PTA 7825 in ATCC to flow of gas, liquid or solid surface. The disinfectant contains Willaertia magna strain, deposited at No. PTA 7824 in ATCC, or Willaertia magna strain deposited at No. PTA 7825 in ATCC used as biocide to Listeria to treat the flow of gas, liquid or solid surface.

EFFECT: invention ensures effective control of generation and contamination of listeriosis.
