FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to an antigenic composition which is capable of stimulating a specific immune response against mycobacteria, comprising: the first mycobacterial antigenic polypeptide and the second mycobacterial antigenic polypeptide, as well as a method for production thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the first mycobacterial antigen and the second mycobacterial antigen to obtain a medicinal agent for stimulating a specific immune response against mycobacteria in a subject. The invention also relates to a method of diagnosing a mycobacterial infection using the said composition or using the first mycobacterial antigen and the second mycobacterial antigen.
EFFECT: invention provides the effective treatment or prevention of a mycobacterial infection.
