SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication area, in particular, to a transmitting terminal for transmitting data to a receiving terminal over a forward link connection. Transmitting terminal includes a receiving unit that receives a timing command from the base station for adjusting an uplink transmission timing value for transmitting data to the base station. Generating unit generates the forward link timing information, based on the uplink transmission timing, while the forward link timing information can be used to generate a forward link transmission timing value for determining the timing of data transmission on the forward link. Transmission unit transmits the generated forward link timing information to the receiving terminal, wherein the forward link timing information can be used at the receiving terminal to generate a forward link reception timing value for determining the reception timing of the data, to be received on the forward link from the transmitting terminal.

EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of interference between carriers.
