FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed cable comprises an electrical conductor and an insulating layer fitted around the said conductor. The said insulating layer comprises the elements that follow, i.e. (a) thermoplastic polymer selected from the following elements, i.e. propylene copolymer (i) with olefin comonomer selected from ethylene or other α-olefin other than propylene. The said copolymer features the melting point higher than or equal to 130°C while the enthalpy of melting makes 20 J/g to 90 J/g; the mix of the copolymer (i) with the copolymer (ii) of ethylene with α-olefin. The said copolymer (ii) features the enthalpy of melting of 0 J/g-120 J/g; the mix of a propylene homopolymer (i) or copolymer (ii). One of the copolymer (i) and copolymer (ii) is a heterophase copolymer; (b) a dielectric fluid uniformly mixed with the thermoplastic polymer; (c) a nucleating agent.
EFFECT: decreased risks of morphological flaws formations.
