FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system for associated tissue sample survey comprises interventional device, which contains multiple ultrasonic transducers arranged to receive ultrasound information packets from spatially different adjacent regions of the tissue sample, a display device capable of receiving and visualization of the ultrasound information packages in spatially different regions of the ultrasound display. The relative spatial positions of different areas of the ultrasonic display coincide with the corresponding relative spatial positions of different adjacent regions of the tissue sample and a processing unit configured to determine packets of information about a contact with the tissue based on ultrasound information packets, at that the information packets of contact with the tissue indicate contact with the tissue between the interventional device and associated tissue sample at the positions ofultrasonic transducers. Method for preparation of the information display and visualization device comprises the stages when the first number of ultrasound information packets are obtained, relative spatial positions corresponding to the different adjacent regions of the tissue sample are obtained, the second number of relative spatial positions of different ultrasonic display areas on the display device, ultrasound information packets in spatially different areas of ultrasound display are visualized. The first number is equal to the second number and the relative spatial position of different areas of ultrasound display coincide with the corresponding relative spatial positions of different adjacent regions of the tissue sample, and determine the packets of information about the contact with the tissue based on the ultrasound data packets. Data storage means comprises a software product adapted to enable a computer system comprising at least one computer to implement the method. The survey system is used to examine the associated tissue sample.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions allows to expand the arsenal of examination tools.
