FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dental orthopaedics, and is applicable in dental implantation. The method involves determining a retainer inclination in relation to the jaw and an angular orientation of the first mounting adjuster in relation to the jaw for an implantation site in the upper or lower jaw, wherein the dental retainer having the above mounting adjuster is inserted or supposed to be inserted. That is followed by defining a shape of the first segment of the denture mating with the dental retainer and an angular orientation of the above first segment in relation to the denture. What is provided is the denture mating with the dental retainer, containing a second segment with an engaging retainer having a second mounting adjuster configured to only mate with the above first mounting adjuster in a single angular position.
EFFECT: by only arranging the denture in the single angular position in relation to the retainer in the patient's jaw, the method makes it possible to produce an individual dental restoration.
