SUBSTANCE: dental component comprises an implantable component engaging portion for dental component engagement with the dental implantable component adapted to be inserted in the jaw bone, or for dental component engagement with a modeled implantable component. The implantable component engaging portion has a geometric central axis and is provided with at least one radially projecting first indicating element with an apical end, and at least two radially projecting second indicating elements, wherein each second indicating member has an apical end positioned towards the apex distant from the apical end of said first indicating element. At least one first indicating element is separated along the perimeter from any of the said (at least two) second indicating elements, at that, at least two second indicating elements asymmetrically distributed along the perimeter of the engaging portion of the implantable component. At least one radially protruding first indicating element is at least two radially protruding first indicating elementd, at that, at least two second indicating elements are arranged between the two said first indicating elements along the perimeter of the implantable component engaging portion.

EFFECT: invention allows the dentist to provide easier determination of the desired angular orientation of the dental component relative to the implantable component through the use of at least two indicating elements for accurate engagement of abutment protrusions with recesses in the implanted component, and to provide additional anti-rotation capability.
