SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry and is intended for use in dental implantation. In the disclosed solutions, a dental implant comprising an implant body and an abutment with a fixing leg is realized, wherein the implant body and the abutment are elastically conjugated. Dental implant comprises an implant body with an axial hole having an inclined inner surface, the inner diameter of which gradually decreases in a downward direction starting from a predetermined position on the inner surface of the axial hole in the implant body. There is also a first fixation section with a fixing hole in the body of the implant in a predetermined position and a first mating segment with a fixing lug complementary to the first fixation segment. When the first mating segment disconnects with the first fixation portion when the abutment turns, the fixing projection pushes the abutment upward from the implant body by resilient repulsion from the inner inclined surface of the axial hole in the implant body, wherein the abutment is separated from the implant body.

EFFECT: invention enables with minimal effort to separate the abutment from implant body and reduced occlusion load on implant.
