FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials intended for adsorption processes and more particularly to an adsorbent for capturing, concentrating and storing the carbon dioxide adsorbent is made based on the mesoporous organometallic framework structure selected from the structures of IRMOF-3, MOF-177, HKUST-1 (MOF-199), ZIF-8, MIL-100, MOF-200, MOF-210, MIL-101 and MIL-53. Selected base is treated with an aqueous solution of zinc salt and is heated in an inert gas atmosphere before forming the modifying additive in the form of zinc oxide. Content of modifier additive in the structure is ZnO 1-1.5 g per 1 g of organometallic framework structure.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide a modified adsorbent which has a 2-fold capacity for CO2 at atmospheric pressure exceeds the known adsorbents.
