FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for recycling protective screens and can be used for producing glass breakage from multilayer glass. Installation comprises a furnace, a device for loading and unloading, furnace is inclined to the horizontal support surface of the foundation block and is mounted on two adjustable supports having one end fixed to the base blocks, and the other end of which has two symmetrically arranged supporting bearing units, wherein the furnace body is made of two cylindrical, coaxial shells: the outer and inner interconnected by at least three longitudinal stiffening ribs forming with shells channels to air into the furnace, which is supplied via ring conduit, around the outer shell of the furnace body, having at least three openings for the air supply to the channels, wherein the inner surface of the furnace is mounted with blades for raising and mixing particles in the course of rotation and the combustion zone of the furnace is heated by burner having fire distribution zone, while the burner is operated on the mixture of fuel and air fed via conduit and the air required for combustion is supplied to the furnace by counterflow method, whereupon combustion products are released into the atmosphere through chimney, which has a post-combustion chamber, designed for purification of exhaust gases from the non-combusted products, while furnace entrance is equipped with charging device in the form of conveyor which delivers laminated glass waste to chopper and chopped glass by rotary roll is fed by loading conveyor to rotating furnace at the output of which there is a device for unloading glass particles as collection cart, and the burner comprises a body with vortex chamber and nozzle insert, wherein the body is provided with an inlet tube having an opening coaxial with it inlet cylindrical chamber, vortex chamber located coaxially with respect to inlet chamber and formed as cylindrical sleeve having on the side surface at least three tangentially spaced apertures whose axes are arranged tangentially with respect to the vortex chamber, in other words there is multichannel tangential inlet and in axial alignment with vortex chamber there is nozzle insert with outer diameter D1, and inside the insert there are sequentially arranged and aligned with each other and the cylindrical surface of vortex chamber three calibrated holes: conical hole with diameter D at the lower base of truncated cone, central cylindrical hole with diameter d2 and outlet conical hole with diameter d3 at the lower base of truncated cone, whereupon diameter d2 of central cylindrical hole of the nozzle insert is equal to diameter of the upper base of truncated cone of the conical hole and diameter of the upper base of truncated cone of the conical outlet hole. Diffuser with cylindrical funnel is attached symmetrically to the nozzle insert in the plane of its connection to body.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and energy savings when processing breakage made of multilayer glass.
