The body is provided with an inlet pipe having a hole coaxial with cylindrical chamber inlet, the vortex chamber coaxial with respect to inlet chamber and made in the form of cylindrical sleeve which has at least three tangentially arranged holes on side surface, which axes are tangential to the vortex chamber, ie, there is a multi-channel tangential entry, the nozzle sleeve with an outer diameter D₁ is arranged coaxially to the vortex chambe, there are three calibrated holes in the sleeve arranged in series and coaxial to each other and cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber: conical hole with diameter d of truncated cone lower base, central cylindrical hole with diameter d₂ and outlet conical hole with diameter d₃ of truncated cone lower base, diameter d₂ of central cylindrical hole of nozzle sleeve equals diameter of truncated cone upper base of conical hole and diameter of truncated cone upper base of outlet conical hole, a helical thread is made on surface of conical hole with diameter d of truncated cone lower base facing the vortex chamber. The nozzle is further provided with a vortex made in the form of an auger located on the outer surface of the vortex chamber, the direction of the liquid flow twist on the auger coincides with the direction of the twist of the vortex chamber and additionally provided with a diffuser coaxially fixed on the end surface of the body, so that the smaller diameter of the diffuser opening with a gap encompasses the nozzle sleeve with outer diameter D₁.
