SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control recirculation of internal combustion engines (ICE). Invention consists in that the device comprises a control system, a gas distributor composed two valve timing and valve stem connection inlet and outlet valves. Control system in accordance with the defined current capacity of the engine determines the mass of the exhaust gas for combustion.
