FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel elements. It is possible to prevent exportation and capture of liquid water in moisturising element (1) of device (41) of fuel elements, which includes first outer plate (9a) and second outer plate (9b), where starting from first outer plate (9a), between first outer plate (9a) and second outer plate (9b) located are: gas chamber (21), chamber (31) for moisturising water and dividing said two chambers (21, 31) water-permeable membrane (5), with first water-permeable support element (7a) being located between first outer plate (9a) and membrane (5), with first support element (7a) being made of fabric, consisting of polymer material, in case of change of loading or other non-stationary working conditions of fuel elements, accompanied by jump-like change of gas volume flow, due to the fact that polymer materials is fluorinated polymer material. Fluorinated polymer material at least partially, preferably fully, consists of alternating ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene (E-CTFE) copolymerisate.
EFFECT: improvement of working properties of moisturising element of fuel element device.
