FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of solid materials and can be used for separation of particles of ground electronic scrap, for example, obtained from used computer printed circuit boards. Bin-separator for separation of particles of ground electronic scrap represents a dust chamber with first and second compartments that extend vertically and connected to each other in its lower part, wherein said first and second compartments are intended for pneumatic conveying flow therein, changing its direction when passing from the first into the second compartment. Dust chamber contains an inlet hole in upper part of the said first compartment for throwing said particles of ground electronic scrap and to feed said pneumatic conveying flow in said dust chamber; outlet hole in the upper part of the said second compartment intended for removal of said pneumatic conveying flow from said dust chamber; unloading hole in the bottom wall of the said lower part of the dust Chamber intended for discharge of metal particles, separated from said particles of ground electronic scrap. Height of said second separation is more than twice greater than that of said first compartment, which is selected to provide effective gravitational separation of said metal particles from non-metal particles removed by said transporting pneumo flow. In first compartment there is at least one armored plate, each of which is designed to deflect falling on the said particles of ground electronic scrap in order to change their trajectory.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of separation and simplified design.
