FIELD: method for production of rubber powder from worn-out tyres by stage-by-stage crushing, fractionation, magnetic separation and isolation of textile cord. SUBSTANCE: preliminarily motor tyres are forced by means of pressure through grate holes with formation of a mix of rubber braids, metal briquettes, textile and metal cord. Metal briquettes and metal cord are isolated from the mix by means of magnetic separation. Rubber braids in the mix with textile cord are crushed with formation of rubber powder. Textile cord is isolated from it by separation into long-fibre and short-fibre fractions with simultaneous felting of fibres of the long-fibre fraction and subsequent pneumatic suction of fibres of the short-fibre fraction. Simultaneously with isolation of textile cord rubber powder is separated into fine and coarse fractions. The coarse fraction is after-crushed, and residues of metal and textile cord are isolated from the obtained rubber powder by felting and suction. The process line comprises a crusher, first magnetic separator, fine-disperse crusher and conveyance lines between the line devices. The line is furnished with a pressure - destruction installation for destruction of motor tyres into rubber braids and metal briquettes. The line has the second magnetic separator, first and second drum device for isolation of textile cord fractionation destruction installation is connected to the crusher inlet through the first magnetic separator. The crusher outlet is connected to the inlet of the first drum device for isolation of textile cord and fractionation of rubber cord. The first outlet for fine fraction is connected through the second magnetic separator to the inlet of the second drum device for isolation of textile cord and fractionation of rubber powder. The second outlet for coarse fraction of rubber powder of the first rubber device for isolation of textile cord and fractionation of rubber powder is connected to the inlet of the fine- disperse crusher. The crusher outlet through the second magnetic separator is connected to the inlet of the second drum device for isolation of textile cord and fractionation of rubber powder. EFFECT: enhanced yield of commercial rubber powder of enhanced purity with a large active surface due to double-stage principle of purification of powder from textile cord. 7 cl, 5 dwg
