SUBSTANCE: invention represents a non-woven fabric applicable for GDF-5 protein delivery and containing the fibres of a fibrous raw material comprising bioresorbable and/or biocompatible polymers; these fibres contain GDF-5 protein including a cystine-knot domain with an amino acid identity of at least 60% to 102 aa-cystine-knot domain of human GDF-5 relevant to amino acids 400-501 SEQ ID NO: 2. The above GDF-5 protein is distributed in the fibres. The invention also refers to the wound dressing, wound pad and implant that contain the above non-woven fabric.
