SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for treating eye diseases accompanied by oxidative stress. Superoxide dismutase is introduced into composition of calcium-phosphate biodegradable nanoparticles coated with disaccharide, with radius of up to 350 nm and in the range of enzymatic activity from 20 to 500 kunit/ml and is entered in eye's conjunctival cavity.

EFFECT: method enables higher therapeutic effectiveness of superoxide dismutase due to increased capacity of this enzyme to reduce intensity of oxidative stress in ophthalmic diseases.
