FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: obtained is a rubber mixture, containing a caoutchouc component (A), selected from natural caoutchouc and synthetic diene caoutchoucs, a filling agent, containing an inorganic filling agent (B), a silane binding agent (C) of the said formulae I-IV and a vulcanisation accelerator (D), selected from guanidines, sulphonamides, thiazoles, thiurams, salts of dithiocarbamic acid, thioureas and salts of xanthogenic acid. The rubber mixture is kneaded at three stages: at the first stage (X) kneaded are the caoutchouc component, the whole or a part of the inorganic filling agent (B) and the whole or a part of the silane binding agent (C), then, at stage (Y) in the course and after the second stage of kneading, but before the final stage, a vulcanisation accelerator (D) is added and kneaded, and at the final stage (Z) of kneading a vulcanising substance is added and kneaded.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining a rubber mixture, which has excellent characteristics of low heat release with the effective prevention of reduction of the binding ability of the silane binding agent.
