FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing rubber mix containing inorganic filler and having improved characteristic of low heat emission. Method of producing rubber mixture which contains at least one rubber component (A) selected from natural rubber and diene rubber, obtained through emulsion polymerisation, filler containing inorganic filler (B) silane binding agent (C), at least, one vulcanisation accelerator (D) selected from guanidines, sulfenamides and thiazoles and connection of organic acid (E), containing organic acid contained in rubber component (A), in which rubber mixture is kneaded at several stages; rubber component (A), all or part of inorganic filler (B), all or part of silane binding agent (C), vulcanisation accelerator (D) and connection of organic acid (E) is kneaded at first kneading stage, where number of molecules X connection of organic acid (E) in rubber mixture at first step relative to amount of molecules Y accelerator (D) is expressed by following formula 0<X≤1.5×Y.
EFFECT: above method of producing provides production of rubber mix with low heat release characteristic at effective preventing reduction of activity of binding capacity silane binding agent.
