SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture contains a caoutchouc component (A), containing a component, selected from natural caoutchouc and synthetic diene caoutchoucs, the filling agent, which contains an inorganic filling agent (B), a silane binding agent (C), a vulcanisation accelerator (D), selected from thiurams, salts of dicarbaminic acid, thioureas and salts of xanthogenic acid. The rubber mixture is kneaded at several stages; first the caoutchouc component (A), the whole or a part of the inorganic filling agent (B), the whole or a part of the silane binding agent (C) and vulcanisation accelerator (D) are kneaded.

EFFECT: invention provides the production of the rubber mixture, which has the excellent characteristics of low heat release with an effective increase of the activity of the silane binding agent binding ability.
