SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anode for extracting oxygen at high anode potential, having a base made of titanium or alloys thereof, a first intermediate layer of manganese dioxide which is deposited on the base, a second intermediate layer of tin and antimony oxides deposited on the first intermediate layer, and an external layer consisting of lead dioxide.
EFFECT: longer service life and avoiding the use of expensive precious metals.
