FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes process of halogen substitution in 2-nitro-5-chloroaniline in interaction with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid in DMSO in presence of K2CO3 with ultrasonic activation. Aromatic nucleophilic substitution of chlorine is carried out in DMSO in presence of K2CO3 at ultrasound frequency, equal 37 kHz, at temperature 80°C for 2 h and molar ratio of 2-nitro-5-chloroaniline:4-hydroxybenzoic acid = 1:1.05.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the number of stages, to reduce duration and temperature of reaction of aromatic nucleophilic substitution, to increase target product output.
