FIELD: lighting engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting equipment, namely to LED lamps with a volume LED module cooled by coolant air, the movement of which is organized by natural draft. Lamp comprises light-transmitting bulb filled with heat-conducting gas bulb with bulky LED module assembled in it based on two, three or more LED filaments or LED lines with heat-conducting base, cooled by pipeline coaxially installed in bulb – conductive-convective heat exchanger with pipeline of round, polygonal or stellar cross-section, which is tightly connected at opposite ends to holes in walls of bulb and forms in it a longitudinal channel, which transmits air-coolant. Pipe fittings at that create internal heat radiator of LED lamp module with natural air draft due to difference of temperature and pressure during operation inside pipeline and in lamp surrounding space. Heat exchanger pipeline can be made with cooling ribs on surface facing bulb transmitting walls, simultaneously forming cells of concave reflectors with LED filaments installed in them or LED lines with the possibility of redistribution of radiation of light-emitting diodes on walls of the bulb and simultaneous shading of radiation of adjacent LED filaments or LED lines, excluding radiation heat exchange between them, as well as confining conductive-convective heat exchange in the flask. Heat exchanger pipeline fittings are made of heat-conducting metal, for example, from aluminum alloy, or from the same material as the lamp bulb. Driver is also cooled, separated from it by air gap and arranged protruding from base of lamp in pipeline channel. Lamp can be made with light-emitting diodes of filaments and lines of short-wave, for example, blue radiation with re-radiation and scattering into white light by remote luminophore, which is applied or integrated into walls of bulb that transmit radiation.
EFFECT: high efficiency of heat exchange between light-emitting diodes and their reinforcement with a surrounding medium, high power and improved lighting and operational characteristics in bulb flasks of minimized dimensions, which is achieved by using internal cooling.
