FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to semiconductor light engineering, in particular to light-emitting diode (LED) lamps with high-power LEDs, requiring forced cooling, and with high degree of protection against impact of environment. Led lamp comprises a light-transmitting bulb filled with gaseous heat carrier, surrounding LED module in form of convex polyhedron made from conductive material with LEDs installed in faces and with longitudinal channel for circulation of coolant flow cooling its wall, connected through a throat at one end of outlet opening with inner volume of bulb, and through inlet coupled with axial electric fan arranged in flow-guiding heat insulating pipe. Said pipe is installed coaxially in hollow housing of lamp and creates together with its heat transmitting walls an annular cavity, and connected by slits for flow of coolant from internal volume of bulb, to form a recuperative heat exchanger of closed system of forced cooling. Outlet of neck of channel of LED module is screened on front by convex coolant flow spreader, installed inside or in axial hole of bulb or in form of convex wall of bulb, to form an annular clearance with neck for circular redistribution of coolant at a tangent to wall of bulb and outflow into cavity of recuperative heat exchanger. To increase heat exchange, inner walls of channel of LED module and walls of housing rough and/or ribbed, and outer walls of housing with cooling ribs or plated. Converter of network and light control means can be assembled inside housing, near cavity of heat exchanger or extend from lamp.
EFFECT: improved operating performances, higher power, improved thermal and lighting parameters and reduced dimensions.
