FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to erection of pile foundations on weak and marshy soils during construction and reconstruction of buildings of residential, industrial or public purposes, as well as of industrial and linear transport facilities. Method of pile foundation construction involves clearing of a site, preparation of a base, arrangement of main and intermediate axes, arrangement of a piling field and of sites for storage of reinforced concrete piles, delivery of piles on the construction site and their layout, delivery of a pile driver with a headframe, driving-in of piles down to the design elevation, or to a stop, separation of excess concrete on a head part of each pile up to the design mark of its upper face, cutting of reinforcement and installation of overlying structures. Piles with a tubular cross-section are driven-in. Then, with the help of a hoisting crane, reinforced-concrete posts are inserted into the piles' holes so that they rest on top and their side projections are supported by tubular pile opening walls. Lateral projections of reinforced concrete posts are underpinned by portable jacks mounted on the upper ends of piles, and, with the help of these portable jacks, every reinforced concrete post in put into a vertical position to the level of a design mark of the upper end. Cavities between the reinforced concrete posts and walls of the holes are filled with concrete.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of pile foundation construction, ensuring rational use of mechanical and manual labour at the stage of construction of an overlying structure.
