FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: core is shaped as elongated cylinder comprising composite rods/modules 1 with mesh or spiral unidirectional or multidirectional winding 2 of heat-resistant thread at their surface and filling volume of the core with binding agent 3 hardened at polymerization. The binding agent comprises filler of cur threads with selected length or roving. The rods/modules 1 are twisted with each other and placed symmetrically in regard to the core axis with gap 6 due to winding 2. In order to neutralise potential impact of winding 2 on mechanical strength of the rods/modules 1 coating of highly-adhesive fine material (aluminium powder) is used.
EFFECT: invention ensures high flexibility due to reduced permitted bending radius, absence of limitations imposed by the core to wire curvature, simplified version of fixation in tensioning and connecting fittings.
