FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of non-insulated steel-aluminium wires. Wire contains a core of steel galvanized wires with density of zinc coating of wires according to group G, with temporary breaking resistance of not less than 1,570 N/mm2, with linear contact of wires of simultaneously twisted three layers. Around the central wire there is a layer of seven wires of the same diameter, a layer with alternation of seven wires of a large diameter and seven wires of a smaller diameter, and a layer of fourteen wires of the same diameter. Wires are laid in layers with gaps of 4÷10% of the value of the nominal diameter of the wires. Degree of reduction of cross-sectional area of core 5÷12%. Around the core there is a layer of fifteen wires from an aluminium alloy containing zirconium 0.20÷0.60 wt.%. Degree of reduction of wires from aluminium alloy 2.5÷12.0%. Ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the aluminium layer and the steel core is 1.05÷1.35.
EFFECT: increased elasticity, strength and transmission capacity of the wire, reduced sagging.
