FIELD: non-insulated wires.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction of non-insulated wires. High-strength non-insulated steel-aluminum wire consists of a galvanized steel metal core and a conductive part of the wire. The core is made with a linear touch of wires according to the type of a single-layer strand, consisting of wires of the same diameter, in an amount of 5 to 14 pieces, twisted around the central wire. The core is made of galvanized wires, the density of the zinc coating according to the extreme service conditions (ESC) group, with a temporary tear resistance is of at least 1670 N/mm2. The core is plastically deformed along the outer surfaces of the wire; the degree of compression of the cross-sectional area is 4.0-14.0%. Around the core, there are two layers of aluminum wires with a linear touch of the wires in the type of two-layer strands, with the same number of wires in each layer and different wire diameters between the layers. The number of aluminum wires in two layers varies from 10 to 36 pieces. Circular plastic deformation of the wire along the outer surface of the wire is performed with a degree of compression of the cross-sectional area of the wire of 3.5-17.0%. Options for high-strength non-insulated steel-aluminum wire are also claimed.
