SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly, to ophthalmology and plastic surgery. Skin is severed along the marking lines. Skin is detached and a lapping is dissected, then the fibres of the eye orbicular muscle are separated by a sharp and blunt method. Tarso-orbicular fascia is dissected to the middle of the eyelid, starting from the medial edge. Nasal and middle portions of the fascial-fat lumps on peduncles is drawn out. Then the area under the orbicular muscle of the eye is separated by pushing cellular tissue by blunt method in the upper-medial direction for a distance of 4-6 mm reaching the periosteum of the orbit edge. After that, the recovered fascial-fat lumps on peduncles are layed upward and medially under the orbicular muscle of the eye into the prepared bed and fixed by 6/0 non-absorbable threads to the periosteum of upper-medial edge of the orbit. Skin wound edges are sutured.

EFFECT: method provides ensures an improved aesthetic and functional result of the operation due to elimination of the A-shaped deformation of upper eyelids.
