FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, cosmetology and plastic surgery. According to the individual indications for the patient on each side of the face, spring threads are implanted starting from a prick inserted laterally in front of the lateral border of retrorbicular oculus fat (ROOF) and before the beginning of the lateral scalp of the eyebrow. That is ensured by palpable position of the body of the eyebrow and its lateral border. First, first 1–2 threads are implanted horizontally, passing above the lower border of the fat pack above the septum of the ROOF capsule at the edge of the supernumerary arch. Stroke of the thread-threads follows the shape of the ROOF capsule, the spring threads are directed to the medial end of the ROOF capsule through the septum. Then second 1–3 thread-springs are implanted along the ROOF upper edge to the medial tip of the eyebrow, repeating its shape in the eyebrow, creating a cross-over with the first implanted group of thread-springs.

EFFECT: method can be used as prevention of the first and second degree of ptosis of the eyebrow, enables reducing intraoperative injures, performing the volume-shifting correction of eyebrows.
