FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to casting ingots from nonferrous metals and alloys, mainly aluminium. Complex consists of mixer with flute, rotary hearth in form of casting wheel with radial drain branch pipes, conveyor mechanism core casts, device for heating of molds, device for application of anti burning paint on molds, molds cooling device. Caster workstation is equipped with local plenum ventilation. To conveyor frame attached gravity conveyor-table to receive cast ingots. Device for heating of molds consists of six-mixing medium-pressure gas injection burner, secured on conveyor frame. Device for cooling of molds consists of six fans arranged on horizontal branch of conveyor, and two fans located on inclined branch of conveyor. Application of anti burning paint on molds by coating gun is secured on conveyor frame to be mounted at different angles to plane of molds.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of operation of system is enabled.
