FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. The installation consists of left and right devices mounted on two movable trolleys with a drive, and contains a frame, molds mounted with the possibility of rotation around the shaft, fixed on the frame from above and below, a drive for turning the molds. The paint is applied to the molds with two twin spray guns fixed on racks welded to the frame. The molds are heated by two medium-pressure, two-row, twelve-mixing gas injection burners, located on two posts welded to the frame, and metal is poured into them. The molds are cooled by twenty axial fans fixed on a bracket in cages. After cooling, the molds are transported to the place of ingots removal on a trolley with an electric motor and a V-belt transmission. A percussion device for knocking out ingots from molds is mounted on the frame. The ingots are then transported to the warehouse by a transport device. The device is equipped with a system for cleaning harmful gases released during pouring.

EFFECT: design of the installation is simplified. The invention increases the reliability of its operation and removes harmful gases released during metal pouring.
