SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, particularly protective devices for a pre-filled syringe. Protective device comprises support case adapted for installation of a pre-filled syringe, a first needle protection device arranged to slide in relation to supporting case, and a second needle protection device arranged to slide in relation to supporting casing and detachably retained in retracted position. A first proximal movement of needle protector relative to supporting body of second holding device releases needle protection in retracted position. A second protection device comprises a helical needle recess accommodating projection supporting body so as to allow its sliding parallel to central axis of protective device in distal direction towards extended position, wherein it is caused to rotate with respect to supporting body.

EFFECT: use of invention prevents accidental needle injury.
