SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Composition of medium for cultivation of Lemnaceae (Lemna minor) family plants in vitro include monosubstituted potassium phosphate KH2PO4, calcium nitrate tetrahydrate Ca (NO3)2×4H2O, potassium nitrate KNO3, Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate MgSO4×7H2O, sodium molybdate dihydrate Na2MoO4×2H2O, zinc sulfate heptahydrate ZnSO4×7H2O, EDTA disodium dihydrate Na2EDTA×2H2Boric acid and O H3BO3, further comprises potassium iodide KI, cobalt chloride CoCl2×6H2O, glycine, glutamine, thiamine, pyridoxine, folic acid, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate FeSO4×7H2O, manganese sulfate pentahydrate MnSO4×5H2O, fructose and copper sulfate pentahydrate CuSO4×5H2O. All components are taken at specific ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase biological productivity of Lemna minor by optimizing content of nutrients in growth medium.
