SUBSTANCE: invention is a nutrient medium for rooting grape shoots in vitro, containing ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, sodium phosphate, iron sulfate, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, boric acid, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, copper sulfate, cobalt chloride, myoinositol, thiamine, pyridoxine, indole acetic acid or indole butyric acid, sucrose, agar, water, where the macro-nutrient ratios are optimized, and sodium phosphate and calcium nitrate are additionally contained.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the quantity and quality of rooted shoots and overcome the varietal specificity of the grape plant at the rooting stage.
