FIELD: mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is gear transmission. It comprises first wheel with first teeth and second wheel with second teeth. First teeth are made with possibility of engagement with second teeth, contact point form line of engagement. Functional part of edge of each tooth of first teeth has first profile corresponding parametric double formula (in rectangular Cartesian coordinate system):
wherein R1= d1 cos (α-arctg (µ)), wherein α is angle of inclination of teeth edges in contact point on line which connects centres of first and second wheels called line centres, and d1 is distance between centre of first wheel and intersection between centres of line and line of engagement.
EFFECT: functional part of edge of each tooth of second teeth has second profile corresponding parametric double formula (in rectangular Cartesian coordinate system):
wherein R2 = d2 cos (α-arctg (µ)), and d2 is distance between centre of second wheel and intersection between centres of line and line of engagement; at that µ is parameter which corresponds to coefficient of friction in contact point between functional part edge tooth first teeth and functional part of edge tooth of second wheel; at that µ can be in range from 5/100 to 5/10, and u is variable, which varies in range of (0, 1/µ) so that due to change and transition of first and second sections.
