FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gear rims of wheel and gears of each stage of mechanical transmission are made of material with same angle ϕ° internal friction, engagement angle of gear teeth and wheel where r and R(m) are the radii of pitch circle of the gear and wheels in the engagement pole, wherein in the gear transmissions with one and two engagement lines of the gear teeth of the gear and wheels of engagement line in engagement pole are made broken in two equal sections corresponding to length of leg of rectangular wheel triangle, made with other leg and forming with hypotenuse of triangle equal to radius R of pitch wheel circumference, angle pressure angle in transmissions with one pole of engagement and - in transmissions with two poles of engagement is assumed to be equal to where angle ϕ° internal friction of wheel and gear material is defined as ϕ° = 45°-0.5arctgε, ε is dielectric constant of wheel and gear material, or ϕ° = 45°-0.5arctgμ, μ is magnetic permeability of wheel or gear material; when the length Lg lines pinion meshing equal to the length Lw the engagement lines conjugated with it the wheel, that is Lg = Lw (m) in engagement with the torque transmission from the pinion to the wheel face gear tooth without friction and sliding roll along the surface wheels; values of concentration coefficients and non-uniformity of load distribution along length of engagement line on width B (m) of teeth of gear and wheel are taken in calculations respectively equal to KHβ = 1, KFβ = 1.
EFFECT: higher contact and flexural fatigue resistance of teeth of cylindrical toothed engagement due to uniform diagram of contact and bending stresses σ H and σ F and reducing stresses σH 1_65 times, a σF - by 15 % in comparison with M_ L_ Novikov.
