FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition for support of platelet function, wherein composition as active ingredient contains compound, represented by general formula (I), or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt: 
(I), wherein compound, represented by general formula (I), represents any of N-[2-(4-but-2-inyloxybenzenesulphonyl)-1-(4-diethylaminomethylphenyl)ethyl]-N-hydroxyformamide and N-{4-[2-(4-but-2-inyloxybenzenesulphonyl)-1-(formylhydroxyamino)ethyl]benzyl}methanesulphonamide. The invention also relates to method for obtaining platelets, culture medium, blood preparation and to method for supporting function of platelets in blood preparation.
EFFECT: composition for supporting function of platelets by specific inhibition of metalloproteinase ADAM17 activity is obtained.
