SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and represents a device for fast and effective laser pulse energy conversion into high-pulse broad-band pressure waves and use of these waves for creating the temporary penetration of biological membranes, including an outer layer of skin, with no injuries or discomfort. What is also described is a method for drug and biologically active compound delivery by means of the above device into the skin or through the skin and other biological barriers.
