FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology and dermatology, and can be used for tattoo removal on skin. Fractured action is performed on skin surface with tattoo of Nd:YAG Q-switch laser with energy density of 5.5 J/cm2, generation frequency of laser flashes of 1 Hz with laser beam spot diameter of 4–5 mm. Laser exposure to the skin is staggered in two stages: at the first stage, with mandatory observance of the distance between the laser beam exposure areas equal to the treated regions diameter, then, at second stage, laser sections in the same mode are exposed to tattoos untreated at the first session in 48 hours. Repeated treatment of tattoo is repeated not earlier than two months later.
EFFECT: method provides prevention of skin burns, reduced time of tattoo removal due to skin exposure to laser with high energy density on skin areas in staggered order.
