FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical devices. Device for inguinal hernia alloplasty is presented in form of synthetic mesh prosthesis with cut-out branches and frame attached to it to make synthetic mesh prosthesis flat shape in wound. Frame is of removable nature, represented by elastic string, which ends are connected to each other using device for frame string ends connection and can be disconnected. Thickness of frame string corresponds to size of pores of synthetic mesh prosthesis, and it is attached to synthetic mesh prosthesis by insertion through its pores.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of convenience and reliability of inguinal hernias by forming flat shape in wound during surgery, without increasing stiffness and material consumption left in the wound structure.
