SUBSTANCE: method includes anterior access, longitudinal dissection of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle in such a way that width of its lateral flap constitutes 4-6 mm. Mesh prosthesis, placed behind spermatic cord is fixed with sutures in the upper part to internal oblique abdominal muscle, with its upper branch is passed under spermatic cord and fixed to inguinal ligament. Prosthesis is fixed on lower edge to inguinal ligament with uninterrupted suture from external edge of spermatic cord to the place where external inguinal ring is formed in such a way that in the said suture without tension lateral flap and edge of medial flap of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle are simultaneously caught with full or partial restoration of anterior wall of inguinal canal. If, when lateral and medial flaps of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle are brought together, there appears tension of tissues, a light weakening cut is made on medial flap of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle above inguinal canal. More laterally than spermatic cord lower edge of mesh prosthesis is not fixed, flaps of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle are sewn only with each other.

EFFECT: method increases plasty efficiency, reduces expression of cicatricial process in zone of anterior surface of spermatic cord.
