SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgical instruments, namely to surgical dissection and suture instruments. A surgical suturing system comprises a first clamp, a second clamp and a retention matrix. The first clamp is made of wire and comprises a first base and first leg piece extending from the first base. The second clamp is made of wire and comprises a second base and second leg piece extending from the second base. The retention matrix comprises a first matrix element, a second matrix element and a coupling link connecting the first matrix element and second matrix element. The first matrix element comprises a first hole configured to receive the first leg piece, and a first retention element configured to gear the first leg piece unbent. The second matrix element comprises a second hole configured to receive the second leg piece, and a second retention element configured to gear the second leg piece unbent.
EFFECT: invention provides optimum actuation force for tissue gripping.
