FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology, orthopaedics and x-ray diagnostics, and can be used in assessing position of shoulder joint, including artificial joint (endoprosthesis). In process of assessing position of elements of shoulder joint/endoprosthesis, comprising performing a scan and determining position of glenoid scapula/glenoid component of endoprosthesis according to invention, imaging is performed in shoulder joint and elbow joint, overlay slice tomograms field centre of sphere of humeral head/endoprosthesis in horizontal plane and cut epicondyles humerus in a horizontal plane in scale of 1:1, and as a basic benchmark using a static line that represents plane of table imager on tomograms, determine position of glenoid scapula/glenoid prosthesis by measuring angle of ante-retro, characterising position of glenoid scapula/glenoid prosthesis in a horizontal plane, which in combined tomograms define axis of spine of blade in horizontal plane and axis of glenoid scapula/glenoid component of prosthesis by means of a straight line through points of front and rear edges of glenoid scapula/glenoid prosthesis, and then determine position of proximal humerus by measuring angle of ante-retro, characterising position of proximal humerus/humeral component of prosthesis in horizontal plane, which in combined tomograms determine two most prominent points epicondyles humerus, through which straight line is then determined deepest point of posterior intertubercular sulcus and posterior surface of proximal humerus/humeral component of prosthesis determines deepest point of anatomical neck of humerus bone/humeral component of prosthesis, which is carried out through a straight line.
EFFECT: providing a method which enables evaluate position of shoulder joint or endoprosthesis with high accuracy.
