FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, radiodiagnostics and can be used for determining risk of coxarthrosis development, tactics of surgical treatment of orthopedic diseases of hip joint. Tomograms of the area of head sphere centre, the widest part of neck and epicondyles of femur (F) are applied on each other with superposition of images on the line of tomography table plane on tomograms. On superposed image axes of head, neck and proximal part (PP) of F are determined and drawn and line of epicondyles is drawn. Angle, which was formed by axis of neck and axis of head of F, characterising angle of F flexion, is measured. Angle, which was formed by axis of PP and axis of f neck, characterising angle of F neck version, is measured. Angle, which was formed by axis of F PP and lime of epicondyles, characterising angle of F PP torsion, is measured. Angle, which was formed by axis of F PP and line of epicondyles, characterising angle of F PP torsion, is measured. Angle, which was formed by axis of F neck and line of epicondyles, characterising interrelation of neck and epicondyles of F, is measured. Angle, which was formed by axis of F head and line of epicondyles, characterising interrelation of head and epicondyles of F, is measured.

EFFECT: method ensured accuracy of estimation of space position and interrelation of anatomical F PP structures, which makes it possible to determine zones of increased load in hip joint for planning of surgery and prediction of coxarthrosis development.
