Method for selecting migraine therapeutic approach includes analysing blood serum for IgG- and IgA-antigliadin antibodies and IgA-antibodies to tissue transglutaminase. In presence of IgG- and IgA-antigliadin antibodies and IgA-antibodies to tissue transglutaminase patient is prescribed a gluten-free diet, drug therapy administered in absence of antibodies.
EFFECT: use of invention provides high accuracy of choosing migraine therapeutic approach.
