FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and concerns method of detecting residual quantities of triphenylmetane dyes in fish muscular tissue. Proposed method consists in fact that analytes are extracted from tissue with mixture of acetonitrile and buffer to obtain extract as result of centrifugation, addition of dichloromethane in prepared extract and transfer of organic part of extract in dichloromethane layer while stirring and centrifugation with separation of over sediment solution. Transfer of metabolites in initial shape dyes is performed by adding over sediment oxidizer solution on basis of 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-para-benzohinone (LOBM) followed by purification of mixture by solid-phase extraction. Buffer at extraction of analytes uses mixture of citric acid and sodium phosphate disubstituted; before adding dichloromethane in obtained extract is added splitting agent; as the oxidant mixture of LOBM and 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-p-benzohinone in molar ratio of 1:3 is used, process of converting metabolites is performed in nitrogen flow, while solid phase extraction is used hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced reversed phase sorbent.
EFFECT: use of method enables high-accuracy determination of content of residual quantities of triphenylmetane dyes in fish muscular tissue.
