FIELD: gas chromatographic analysis methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas chromatographic methods of analysis and can be used in medicine, ecology and food industry. A method for the detection of 1,4-dioxane and 2-methyl-1,3-dioxolane in milk is proposed, including sample preparation by solid-phase microextraction using C20fullerenes as an adsorbent, eluent, and internal standard, a deep eutectic solvent menthol/formic acid, and 1, 3-dioxane, respectively, and the subsequent introduction of the sample into the flame ionization detector of the gas chromatography system.
EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal and an increase in the sensitivity of methods for determining 1,4-dioxane and 2-methyl-1,3-dioxolane in milk.
