FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chromatographic analysis of chemical compounds and can be used for identification and detection of narcotic and psychoactive substances in human biosubstrate. Method for identifying narcotic and psychoactive substances in biological objects, in which a human biosubstrate sample in the form of an organ or a fragment of muscular tissue is milled into a homogenate and performing its chromatography-spectrometry study with recording of mass spectrometer signal in form of profile of peaks of analyzed substances on chromatogram with subsequent determination of belonging of each peak to analyzed substance and comparison with reference analytical characteristics of sought substance, wherein a human biosubstrate sample in the form of a homogenate before the chromatographic-spectrometric analysis is subjected to alkaline hydrolysis and extracted by a non-polar solvent from the alkaline medium to provide an optimum signal-to-noise ratio for the target analytes, then obtained extract is evaporated and during formation of viscous oily residue it is re-extracted with aqueous acid solution and then target substances are extracted from obtained aqueous solution by non-polar solvent at alkaline values of pH, and chromatography-spectrometric analysis is carried out in mode of registration of SIM-spectra, wherein set of ions for SIM-registration is selected based on selection of all fragments of mass spectrum with intensity of more than 1 %.

EFFECT: wider range of technical means for identifying narcotic and psychoactive substances in the human body and high sensitivity and accuracy of determining target analytes.
